    Lignin-glycidyl-trimethylammonium chloride is a cationic lignin-based macromolecule with solubility of 90 wt.%, molecular weight of 32700 g/mol  and charge density of 1.10 meq/g produced by kraft lignin and glycidyl-trimethylammonium chloride monomers. These materials are lignin-based organic polymers used for a variety of water-based applications such as the clarification of industrial wastewaters, clay suspensions, and sludge conditioning.

The molecular weight and carboxylate group content are in the range of 2.0 ⨯105 to 7.4 ⨯105 g/mol and 2 ~ 7 meq/g, respectively. This lignin-based organic polymers can be used as flocculant for the clarification of industrial wastewaters, clay suspensions, hazardous ion removals, and sludge conditioning.

The molecular weight and carboxylate group content are in the range of 1.0 ⨯105 – 3.8 ⨯105 g/mol and 6-9 mmol/g, respectively. Its solubility and charge density are around 51% and -6 meq/g, respectively. This super functional lignin-based organic polymer can act as an adsorbent and coagulant for eliminating cationic dyes.

The molecular weight and charge density are in the range of 1.0 ⨯105 to 1.8 ⨯105 g/mol and 1.1 – 2.1 meq/g. Its solubility is 45-56 % in 1 wt.% water solution.

It may be used for clarifying suspension systems, sludge conditioning and wastewater applications. The molecular weight and charge density are in the range of 0.5 ⨯106 -1.8 ⨯106 g/mol and 1.3 – 2.9 meq/g. Its solubility is 40-100 % in 1 wt.% water solution.

The copolymer had a charge density of 1.27 meq/g and a molecular weight of 1.33⨯106, It can be used for treating pulp and paper and other industrial effluents.

This  lignin-based organic polymers can be used for the clarification of industrial wastewaters, clay suspensions, and sludge conditioning.
